Mayor Vivian Flowers Highlights City’s Historic Firsts in State of the City Address

In her first State of the City address, Mayor Vivian Flowers gave residents a history lesson as she talked about some of the things the city was first in. She went on continuing to discuss education, then mentioned transportation. Flowers then paused and continued.
