Retired Pine Bluff firefighter Steven Rice heads up a program to keep firefighters, police officers, and emergency ambulance personnel hydrated during these hot summer months and he was asked about the program Tuesday by Rick Walker.
Rice and first responders will be accepting a donation from Union Pacific Railroad on June 15.
