The Pine Bluff Police Department detective office is requesting the public’s assistance locating Edward Rouse. Rouse is 35 years old. He is about 5’7″ tall and weighs about 210 lbs. Edward Rouse is wanted for Possession of a Firearm by Certain Persons and Aggravated Assault.
