Pine Bluff Mayoral candidate Charles Washington was a guest on the Oldies 1013 Morning Show Tuesday as early voting is only one week away and before it starts, each of the candidates will get a chance to explain why they are running and are the best person for the job.
Morning Show host Greg Horne asked Washington why he was running and Washington responded this way.
He added that his daughter is 17.
Horne also asked Washington what makes him capable of running the city.
During the candidate forum broadcast on Deltaplex Radio and again Tuesday, Washington said it was important to get parents involved in an effort to reduce juvenile crime and Horne asked him how, as Mayor, he would do that.
