Pine Bluff Cable TV is reporting that they have outages due to attempted theft of their service lines.

A message was shared on social media informing customers of the issues. A copy of that message is shared here:

Major fiber cuts caused by attempted theft. There is not copper in fiber lines but they were ripped up looking for copper. The police reports are made and repairs will start. All services are down except for approximately 500. There are two primary cuts on nearly 200 strands. Fiber splicing contractors are in route for repairs and expect these repairs to take most of today. As there is more information available, we will share. You do not need to report your service down. We apologize for the interruption and know it’s our priority to get services back ASAP.
