The Pine Bluff School Districts Limited Authority Board met Monday night and one of the things on the agenda was finances.
District Superintendent Jennifer Barbaree talked about that when she appeared on the Oldies 1013 morning show Tuesday.
Morning show host Greg Horne asked Barbaree why the transfer was done and she answered this way.
She was also asked about the LEARNS Act and how it affects teacher salaries, particularly since some of the teaches in the district are not certified.
Horne then asked how many of those non-certified teachers are in the process of obtaining certifications.
Barbaree then went on to say this.
