1944-2024
Patricia (Pat) Sherman Williams, age 79 of Warren, AR, passed away on Monday, April 1, 2024 at Jefferson Regional Medical Center in Pine Bluff, AR. She was born April 8, 1944 in Banks, AR, a daughter of the late Doyle Sherman and Margaret Bell Sherman. Also preceding her in death was her beloved husband of 38 years Robert M. Williams whom she married June 9, 1962, a brother Doyle Kenneth Sherman, and a special friend Billy Charles “Bill” Cargile. She was a member of Calvary Baptist Church in Warren, AR.
Pat enjoyed bird watching, spending time in her flower gardens, mowing the lawn with her Massey Ferguson tractor, and shopping with her grandchildren. She never met a stranger and enjoyed socializing with everyone, especially on the phone.
Survivors include her children: Mike Williams and spouse Sandra of Warren, AR; Ladonna Williams Hammons and spouse Joe of Warren, AR; and Kristel Williams Ashcraft and spouse Craig of Rye, AR; grandchildren: Jaclyn Hammons and Austin Hammons of Warren, AR, Emily Ashcraft and Katie Ashcraft of Rye, AR; great-grandchild: Jaxson Hammons of Warren, AR, brother, Bobby Sherman of Eldorado, AR and a host of friends and distant family members.
Funeral services will be 2:00PM Friday, April 5th at Frazer’s Chapel. Burial in Oakland Cemetery by Frazer Funeral Home. Visitation 6:00PM till 8:00PM Thursday evening at Frazer ‘s Funeral Home.
