1955-2024
Patricia Lynn Simmons Kagebein, 69, of DeWitt passed away April 18, 2024. She was born March 2, 1955, in DeWitt to Glen and Hazel Murphy Simmons.
Pat was preceded in death by her parents; sister Kay Wells; and one great grandchild.
She is survived by her husband David Kagebein; daughter Valerie Roush (Danny); three grandchildren Slade Kagebein (Heather), Makayla Epperson (Dalton), and Matthew Schrock; four great grandchildren; and many other family and friends.
Pat was a lovig wife, mother, and grandmother. She especially loved her grandbabies, and enjoyed her little dog, Bella, so much.
Visitation will be from 12:30-1:30 p.m. April 22 at Essex Funeral Home with graveside services following at 2:00 at Thompson Cemetery.
