Monica Lynn Granderson, 53, of White Hall, went to be with the Lord, Thursday, April 11, 2024. She was born January 11, 1971 in Pine Bluff to Lillian “Kay” Morgan Murray and the late Morris Mack Murray.
Monica moved to Redfield when she was a child, and graduated from White Hall High School in 1989. She received her degree in respiratory therapy from UAMS where she received both the Academic Award and the Clinical Award, then worked for both American Home Patient and JRMC.
Monica loved her family and also loved animals. She volunteered at the Redfield Animal Shelter, and also rescued her own animals. Monica loved flowers and plants, liked to travel and enjoyed the beach. She loved horses and dolphins and even had the opportunity to swim with dolphins. Monica was a member of Pine Bluff First Assembly of God.
Survivors include her husband, Andy Granderson, whom she married April 21, 2001; three children, Ronnie Lee Womack III, Emily Granderson and Macey Granderson; one grandson, Ethan; mother, Lillian “Kay” Coleman; and sister, Cheryl Gore (Tim).
Funeral service will be Tuesday, April 16, 2024 at Ralph Robinson and Son with Marty Shell officiating. Burial will follow in Redfield Cemetery. Visitation will be 1:00 PM until funeral time Tuesday.
