Mary Beth Aycock, 23
2000-2024

Mary Elizabeth Aycock (Mary Beth), age 23, passed away peacefully on March 13, 2024 after a long battle with leukemia. She was born on September 28, 2000 in Pine Bluff, Arkansas to Ryan Aycock and Susan Turner. She attended school in Sheridan and graduated in 2019. She was in her junior year at University of Central Arkansas at Conway, Arkansas majoring in environmental science and where she met the fiancé Martin who was the love of her life.

Mary Beth was a cheerful fun-loving person with a permanent smile. She loved her animals whether furry, feathered or stuffed. Her attitude toward her illness was one of strength, courage and positive hope. When hospitalized, the medical staff would ask her how she was doing. She would respond “I am doing fine” and then “How are you?”. She never lost hope and was an inspiration to the hospital staff caring for her and others in similar situations.

Mary Beth is survived by her father Ryan Aycock (Nicole Miller); her mother Susan Turner; her fiancé Martin Quintero; her sister Sarah Aycock; and her brother William Aycock (Shelby Crosby); nephew Koen Crosby; maternal grandparents Billy Turner and Marilyn Stringfellow (James Stewart) and paternal grandparents Bill and Susie Aycock; aunts Amanda Gallagher (Todd), Kristie Hamilton; 4 cousins and many friends.

Visitation will be held Sunday, March 17, 2024 from 4;00-6:00 P.M. at Memorial Gardens Funeral Home, 2686 Highway 167 North, Sheridan, Arkansas with a Celebration of Life Service at 10:00 A.M. Monday also at the funeral home. Interment will be at the Center Campground Cemetery on Grant 75 off Highway 270.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the (American Cancer Society) Hope Lodge, 4207 Lindell Blvd, St Louis MO, 63108 (www.cancer.org/support-programs-and-services/patient-lodging/hope-lodge/st-louis/).

Pallbearers are Alexander Dominguez, Fredy Guardado, Jordan Brockman, Julian Brockman, Isaiah Ross, and Robert Habelitz.
