Heather Elizabeth Grimes Taylor, 43, of Pine Bluff, passed away Monday, April 29, 2024. She was born February 26, 1981 in Pine Bluff to Michael Grimes and Vicki Robbins Grimes.
Heather was reared and educated at Watson Chapel. She previously worked at the Pine Bluff Arsenal, then worked as a CNA and did patient care. Heather loved the outdoors, fishing, camping, watching movies, going to the casino and her dog, Sam and cat, Mae-Mae. She also loved playing softball, which she was excellent at. Heather attended New Life Church.
Survivors include her husband, Jeremy Shawn Taylor; mother, Vicki Mathews (Joey); father, Michael Grimes; children, Landen Barringer, Matt Grimes and Madison Wilkins (Hunter); brother, David Grimes (Jennifer); step brother, Justin Mathews, two step-sisters, Brooke Miller and Julie Williams; and a host of other family and friends.
Preceding her in death were her stepmother, Stacy Grimes; uncles, Melvin Grimes, Scott Grimes and Jeff Robbins; maternal grandparents, Doris Robbins and Walter Robbins; paternal grandmother, Rose Failla Grimes; and granddaughter, Layken Rose Grimes.
Visitation will be 5:00-7:00 PM, Friday, May 3, 2024 at Ralph Robinson and Son. Funeral service will be 10:00 AM, Saturday, May 4, 2024. Matt Mosler will officiate. Burial will follow in Graceland Cemetery.
