On Thursday, Pine Bluff Mayor Vivian Flowers talked about her reasons for wanting to abolish the Urban Renewal Agency when she appeared on the Oldies 1013 Morning Show. Today, she continues to explain her position.
Flowers went on to say this.
Flowers explained that, in her view, Urban Renewal was created to serve as a “pass through agency.”
