Jefferson Regional has released the following statement following Tuesday afternoon’s fire at White Hall:
On Tuesday afternoon, a fire occurred on the roof of the Jefferson Regional Specialty Hospital construction site in White Hall.
First responders quickly arrived and extinguished the flames.
All worksite personnel were accounted for and no serious injuries were sustained. The fire department cleared the site.
Construction work will remain paused this week as the team evaluates damage and determines next steps.
