Deltaplex News and the Youth Engagement Services (YES) hosted a debate for candidates running for Jefferson County level political offices Thursday morning inside of Freedom Hall at Southeast Arkansas College.
Debates were held between the following candidates:
JUSTICE OF THE PEACT DISTRICT ONE: Alfred Carroll and Herman Horace
JUSTICE OF THE PEACT DISTRICT FOUR: Patricia “Royal” Johnson (Delton Wright was unable to attend the debate.)
JUSTICE OF THE PEACT DISTRICT SIX: Glenda Daniels and Margarette Williams
JEFFERSON COUNTY TAX COLLECTOR: Lentonieal “Tony” Washington and Justice Jimmy Fisher
The debate was moderated by Ray King and Deseray McKinzy.
