Back in July, when sharing details about her Renaissance album, Beyoncé said it was one portion of a three-part project “recorded over three years during the pandemic.” The first act dropped; it was dance-centric and heavily influenced by house music. No details about the remaining two acts were revealed, but a New York Times journalist seems to have gotten wind of what’s to come.

Taking to Twitter Thursday night, Kyle Buchanan shared some information he supposedly heard about Renaissance parts 2 and 3.

“Before Twitter goes down, instead of making you follow me somewhere else, I’ll just tell you what I’ve heard about the other 2 acts of Beyonce’s 3-part ‘Renaissance’ project,” he tweeted before adding that the “2nd act is an acoustic album” and the third, a joint effort with her husband, Jay-Z.

Whether the tweet is true remains to be seen.

Reports about the future Renaissance albums comes at the heels of Tuesday’s Grammys announcement. Bey leads with nine nods, tying with Hov as the most nominated artist in Grammys history. They’ve both secured 88 nominations throughout the course of their careers.
