Simmons Bank held a groundbreaking in White Hall at 1308 Robin Road Tuesday as they prepare for construction of a new branch. The new branch will be approximately 4,700 square foot with construction expecting to be completed late summer of 2022.

“With the addition of the new branch in White Hall, Simmons Bank is continuing to deepen our commitment to Jefferson County,” said Chad Pittillo, Pine Bluff community president. “In addition to added convenience, the upgraded facility will also allow us to provide broader access to the products and services our customers’ desire to meet their evolving financial needs.”

Upon completion, the new full-service location will provide a four-lane drive-thru access as well as an ATM with deposit capabilities. The branch will host 10 associates, and will have mortgage and business loan capabilities in addition to providing personal and business financial services.

Pork Stanley Wilcox Architects is the architectural firm of record while McClelland Consulting Engineers, Inc. serves as the engineering firm for the project. Redstone Construction Group will provide the site work and Flynco, Inc. will serve as the general contractor. Buckner Realty provided brokerage services for Simmons Bank.

Chad Pittillo spoke with Deltaplex News to discuss why a second location is being added to White Hall.

He also spoke about the services the branch will provide.
