On Wednesday, Go Forward Pine Bluff announced that had received a grant that will be used for the project at 6th and Main.
Go Forward CEO Ryan Watley talked about the grant and about the private money that has been raised when he appeared on the Oldies1013 Morning Show Thursday.
“We’ve raised more than $60 million in private funds that have been invested in Pine Bluff,”
Watley said, explaining that sales tax revenue has produced $38 million.
Morning show host Greg Horne and Watley then had this exchange.
“It is being considered,” Watley said.
Horne asked if the project at 6th and Main was going to be moving along at a timely pace and Watley answered this way.
