Fourth District Congressman Bruce Westerman was a guest on the Oldies 1013 Morning Show Thursday and during a wide-ranging conversation, was asked about legislation that the U.S. House of Representatives passed recently dealing with outdoor recreation.
He went on to talk specifically about Arkansas.
