Recently, several individuals accepted negotiated plea agreements and were sentenced in Desha County Circuit Court:
- Taylor Watts received a sentence of five years probation and a $1,000 fine for forgery.
- John Ercolano was given a two-year Suspended Imposition of Sentence and a $1,500 fine for manufacturing a controlled substance under Schedule VI.
- Kevin Mayo was sentenced to 10 years in the Arkansas Department of Corrections for possession of a controlled substance under Schedule I or II and possession of drug paraphernalia.
- Christerious Wooten had their bond revoked pending new charges in Pulaski County Circuit Court due to possession with the purpose to deliver a Schedule I or II controlled substance and simultaneous possession of drugs and firearms.
Additionally, warrants were issued for the following individuals who failed to appear in court:
- Chandalynn Riney for domestic battery 2nd degree.
- Derrick Hampton for possession of a controlled substance under Schedule I or II and possession of drug paraphernalia.
- Oliver Jordan Jr. for commercial burglary, possession of a controlled substance under Schedule I or II, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
