BLOSSOMS FINISH 13TH AT THE CENTRAL REGION FALL PREVIEW

BLUE SPRINGS, Mo. – The University of Arkansas at Monticello women’s golf team finished 13th at the Central Region Fall Preview Wednesday. The tournament was hosted by Southwestern Oklahoma State at the Adams Pointe Golf Club.
As a team the Blossoms shot 652 finishing 76 strokes above par.
The top performer for UAM in the two-round event were Worawalan Siwaiyapram who finished tied for 31st after recording a total of 158 (76, 82).
Chiara Sturaro and Kensley Miller followed for the Blossoms. Sturaro finished tied for 47th shooting a 161 (80, 81) total and Miller tied for 64th posting a total of 165 (84, 81).
The next finisher for UAM was Shehna Akbary placing 75th overall after shooting a total of 168 (84, 84).
Rounding out the group for the Blossoms were Emilie Bergh-Jacobsen who recorded a total of 182 and Anna Beth Reynolds who competed as an individual to post a 217 total.

UAM will compete in the OBU Fall Invitational hosted by Oklahoma Baptist in Shawnee, Okla. September 27-28.
