Two area non-profits are teaming up again this year to give away free prom dresses for those in need. Rev. Tonya Boyce with Eternal Grace joined Rick Walker on Sunrise Deltaplex to talk about the two upcoming giveaways.

She said alterations can be made and also said that cash donations can be made as well
