An Arkansas mystery may have been solved in Kentucky

In 1999 fisherman found a body chained and weighted down with a hydraulic jack in a Kentucky lake. Now, through the use of geneoligical DNA, that body has been identified as an Arkansas fugitive. After the body was exhumed in 2016, no ID could be determined. Now it has been confirmed that the body is that of Roger Dale Parham, who fled from a courtroom in Fort Smith while awaiting several charges, including the rape of a minor.
