A $10k bond was set for a Pine Bluff woman accused of aggravated assult

A Pine Bluff woman was arrested Tuesday after she allegedly tried to hit a man with her vehicle.’’

Tamille Stroud, 24, was taken into custody after police were sent toa residence on West 14th Avenue in response to a reported threat.

During a court hearing Thursday, Deputy Prosecutor Joe West explained the allegation against Stroud.

Police found Stroud’s vehicle and when she was interviewed, she admitted being on the road at the same time the victim was walking but denied attempting to hit him.

Jefferson County District Judge Kim Bridgforth set a $10,000 bond for Stroud after ruling prosecutors have probable cause to charge her with aggravated assault. She was ordered to have no contact with the victim and told to come back to court March 14.
