Reading from an affidavit by Detective Mike Merritt, Deputy Prosecutor Lisa McGriff said at 3:38 a.m. Sunday, police were sent to 2007Wellington Drive in response to a reported domestic disturbance.

Police received information that Jackson was going to another address driving a red vehicle and went to that address where she was detained after pulling into the driveway in a red vehicle. She was later taken to the adult jail where she was interviewed by Detective Merritt and gave a statement.

She was ordered to have no contact with the victim and told to come back to court Oct. 8.
