Pine Bluff District Judge John Kearney set the bond after ruling prosecutors have probable cause to charge Kennedy Scull, 31, with theft by receiving.

The allegation is based on an affidavit by Detective Dante Nicholson of the Pine Bluff Police Department that Deputy Prosecutor Katelyn Phillips read to the court.
