Deputy Prosecutor Ty Spradlin said on Sunday at 8:20 p.m., police were sent to 2622 W. 17th Ave., in response to a reported burglary in progress.

When Brandon was questioned, he said he had been paid $20 to assist a person with removing the go-carts from the warehouse.

Spradlin said Brandon has a prior felony conviction and he was told to come back to court June 23.
