A $5,000 bond was set Monday for a man accused of breaking into a warehouse and attempting to steal go-carts.
Pine Bluff District Judge John Kearney set the bond after ruling prosecutors have probable cause to charge Christophr Brandon, 53, with commercial burglary.
Deputy Prosecutor Ty Spradlin said on Sunday at 8:20 p.m., police were sent to 2622 W. 17th Ave., in response to a reported burglary in progress.
When Brandon was questioned, he said he had been paid $20 to assist a person with removing the go-carts from the warehouse.
Spradlin said Brandon has a prior felony conviction and he was told to come back to court June 23.
