A $5,000 bond was set Friday for a Pine Bluff man accused of taking money from Hibbitt Sports on Olive Street with fraudulent credit card transactions.
Jefferson County District Judge Kim Bridgforth set the bond after ruling prosecutors have probable cause to charge Andew Shaw, 44, with theft of property.
Reading from an affidavit by Detective Dante Nicholson, Deputy Prosecutor Joe West said on Wednesday, police were sent to Hibbett Sports on a theft call.
West said Shaw has no prior convictions or pending charges. He was told to come back to court Sept. 18.
