A $25,000 bond was set Friday for a Pine Bluff man on drug and weapons charges.

Jefferson County District Judge Kim Bridgforth set the bond after ruling prosecutors have probable cause to charge Travion Lee, 34, with possession of a controlled substance with purpose to deliver, simultaneous possession of drugs and firearms and being a felon in possession of a firearm.

Reading from an affidavit by White Hall Police Sgt. Charles Treadway, Deputy Prosecutor Brittaney Akel said on Friday at 12:30 a.m., White Hall Police were patrolling the area of Dollarway Road and White Hall Road.

Akel said the suspected ecstasy weighed 6.5 grams and said Lee has four prior felonies.

Lee was told to come back to court June 20. He also pleaded guilty to multiple misdemeanor traffic citations that had been issued in White Hall.
