A $25,000 bond was set Tuesday for a Pine Bluff man accused of shooting another man Sunday.
Jefferson County District Judge Kim Bridgforth set the bond after ruling prosecutors have probable cause to charge Jushua Collins, 34, with first-degree battery.
Deputy Prosecutor Katelyn Phillips told the court the allegation was based on an affidavit by Pine Bluff Police Detective Jason Boykin.
Collins was ordered to have no contact with the victim and told to come back to court Oct. 2.
