A $10,000 bond was set Wednesday for a Texas man accused of resisting arrest and threatening an Arkansas State Trooper.
Jefferson County District Judge Kim Bridgforth set the bond after ruling prosecutors have probable cause to charge Khristopher Hooper, 48, of Richardson, Texas with terroristic threatening and resisting arrest.
During the court hearing, Deputy Prosecutor Shana Alexander explained the allegations based on an affidavit from troopers which contains graphic language and threats.
Hooper said he would hire his own attorney and was told to come back to court June 11.
