Cleveland County Judge Gary Spears has issued a curfew for minors in light of the COVID-19 crisis in Southeast Arkansas.
An order signed by Spears states:
“For the safety and civility of the citizens of this county during the trying times of the Coronavirus Outbreak, a County-wide curfew for individuals under the agre of 18 (is) instituted.
It is therefore considered, and adjudged that a County-wide curfew for individuals under the age of 18 for the hours of 11 p.m. and 6 a.m. be ordered effective starting on this 17th day of March, 2020.”
