Families with students attending Watson Chapel High School can now begin preparing for the upcoming school year, as the district has released its 2026–2027 school supply list.
The list applies to students in grades 9-12 and includes required classroom supplies such as:
One clear or mesh backpack (required for all students)
One large three-ring binder (2-inch or 3-inch)
One pack of pocket dividers
Three packs of wide-ruled loose-leaf paper
Four composition notebooks
One pencil pouch
Two No. 2 pencils (wooden or mechanical)
One pack of blue or black ink pens
One pack of colored pencils
One pack of multi-colored highlighters
One inexpensive pair of wired earbuds for Chromebook use
The school is also asking families to consider donating optional classroom supplies, including two boxes of facial tissues to be turned in to first-period teachers, one bottle of hand sanitizer and one container of disinfecting wipes.
School officials note that teachers will distribute course syllabi during the first week of school. Some classes may require additional specialized supplies beyond the general list.
