Tim Campbell, executive director of the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff’s (UAPB) Emerging Scholars Leadership Institute, has been named as one of the 2026 Arkansas Business 40 Under 40 honorees.
“Congratulations to Tim Campbell on being named to Arkansas Business’ 40 Under 40,” a formal captioning read. “Each year, Arkansas Business recognizes 40 individuals who are making a meaningful impact in their companies, organizations, and communities. Selected from more than 400 nominations, this honor highlights some of the state’s most driven leaders. Well deserved, Tim Campbell.”
Campbell received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Health and Wellness from UAPB in 2015 and a Master of Public Service Degree in Organizational Leadership from the Clinton School of Public Service in 2021. He is a Returned Peace Corps Volunteer who served as a community health facilitator in The Gambia from 2016 to 2018. Following his tenure with the Peace Corps, Campbell spent a six-month practicum with the Office of International Programs and Studies at UAPB, serving as a Senior Adviser to UAPB’s Peace Corps Prep Program.
Campbell was sworn in to the Pulaski County Criminal Justice Coordinating Committee in March 2021 and served as a member of former Arkansas Gov. Asa Hutchinson’s Task Force to Advance the State of Law Enforcement in Arkansas. In 2020, Arkansas Business recognized Campbell as one of the 250 Most Influential Leaders in Arkansas.
A recognition 40 Under 40 ceremony luncheon will be held on Wednesday, June 3, 2026, from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the Statehouse Convention Center in Little Rock, Ark. Profiles of the 40 honorees will be featured in a special supplement of Arkansas Business to be distributed on Monday, May 25, 2026.
