The Arkansas Department of Correction emphasizes the importance of correction officers remaining vigilant against contraband after finding fake mail hiding K2 at the Cummins Unit.
The department also says that the correctional sergeant found a flip phone and a smartphone inside hollowed books. The inmate’s property at the East Arkansas Regional Unit also reportedly contained two six-inch shanks.
