The Arkansas Razorbacks basketball team will be making their first appearance in Pine Bluff in 30 years when they appear at the Pine Bluff Convention Center Sunday, Oct. 13.
On Friday, former Razorback Basketball star Ernie Murry and Barbara Dunn, the new Executive Director of the Pine Bluff Convention Center were guests on the Oldies 1013 Morning Show to talk about the event.
Morning Show host Greg Horne asked Murry what can fans expect when the team comes to town.
Horne said he thought it was smart of Coach Cal to move around the state because there may be a fourth grader at Pine Bluff or Watson Chapel he wants to recruit some day.
Horne said what amazed him was that former players at Kentucky, who are now in the NBA, are coming to Fayetteville.
Horne then asked Dunn to explain the process that fans will have to follow in order to get tickets for the event.
Parking for the event is free.
