Investigators are still working to determine who pulled the trigger in the late Thursday shooting. Pine Bluff police are continuing to investigate the city’s latest homicide.

37-year-old Fenton Tolbert was found unresponsive with a gunshot wound in the driver’s seat of his car when police arrived on the scene. He was pronounced by the Jefferson County Coroner soon after. Authorities still aren’t sure if Tolbert got behind the wheel after being shot or was shot while driving.
