The Pine Bluff Police Department is asking the public for help in locating 26-year-old Marquanthony Sullivan. Mr. Sullivan is wanted for Capital Murder. A warrant has been issued for his arrest in connection with the Murder of Lonnie Urquhart Jr. On 03/14/2018 Mr. Urquhart was shot in an apartment at 2920 S Fir St and died shortly thereafter while in surgery. Mr. Sullivan was developed as a suspect early in the investigation however he is still at large. A cash reward is available for information that leads to the arrest of Mr. Sullivan.
