LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – The University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff Lady Lions produced its first win of the season with a 68-52 victory over Paul Quinn College at Mims Gymnasium in Little Rock.

-The UAPB home game was moved to Philander Smith College’s Mims Gymnasium in Little Rock due to ongoing renovations at UAPB’s H.O. Clemmons Arena in Pine Bluff
-The victory marks the first win of the season for the UAPB Women’s Basketball Team
-UAPB’s Noe’ll Taylor finished with a team-high 14 points
-Senior center Shawntayla Harris had the only double-double in the game with 13 points and 12 rebounds for the Lady Lions

-As a team, UAPB shot 49 from the field compared to 37 percent for its opponent
