A $75,000 bond was set Monday got a Pine Bluff man accused of kicking the door of an apartment open in January and stabbing his cousin.

Pine Bluff District Judge John Kearney set the bond after ruling prosecutors have probable cause to charge Deundre Brewer, 32, with aggravated residential burglary and first-degree battery.

Reading from a probable cause affidavit from Detective Enrique Soto, Deputy Prosecutor Beth Carson told the court what Brewer is accused of doing.

Carson said Brewer has no previous convictions or pending charges. He was ordered to have no contact with the victim until the case is settled.
