Pine Bluff District Judge John Kearney set the bond after ruling prosecutors have probable cause to charge Jordan Woodley, 19, with felony fleeing, leaving the scene of an accident with injuries, two counts of theft by receiving, possession of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Deputy Prosecutor Mircha King said the incident started when Trooper James Harrell attempted to stop a black Dodge Charger that was displaying fictitious tags.

King said the driver of the car that was hit was injured and taken to Jefferson Regional where she was treated for serious injuries.

The Dodge was located at mile marker 34 under the overpass and Woodley was taken into custody. A check of the vehicle identification number showed the car had been reported stolen in Dallas. When the car was searched, troopers found 33 stolen credit cards, two bags of suspected marijuana, and drug paraphernalia.

Woodley said he would hire his own attorney.
