Donovan Cuthbertson, the suspect in the September 24th homicide of Racheal Crouch at 1805 Belmoor, has been located and arrested
Sept. 25, 2023 UPDATE: The victims’ names have been released:
30-year-old is Hussain Ahmen (in Critical condition)
33-year-old is Rachel Crouch (deceased)
On September 24, 2023, around 12:35 P.M, Pine Bluff PD Officers were dispatched to 1805 Belmoor Drive, in reference to a shooting. Upon arrival, Officers noticed a black Toyota Avalon parked on the grass between 1805 and 1807 Belmoor Drive with the engine running. Officers noticed a 30-year-old, white male in the driver’s seat suffering from a gunshot wound.
Officers noticed a second victim (33-year-old, white female), in the front passenger seat also suffering from a gunshot wound.
Officers provided lifesaving measures to both victims until Pine Bluff Firefighters and paramedics arrived and transported the victims to Jefferson Regional Medical Center.
Unfortunately, the female died from her injuries and the male is listed as critical.
PBPD Detectives located a witness who provided details about this shooting. Detectives are looking for a white male, identified as 24-year-old, Donovan Daniel Cuthbertson, with an address out of Gould, Arkansas. Cuthbertson is 5’7” in height and has hazel eyes. Cuthbertson is considered ARMED and DANGEROUS.
