White Hall QB Wyatt Golden has been named the Week 9 Kevin Bonnette State Farm Jefferson County Player of the Week after going 16-of-24 passing for 454 yards and 6 touchdowns in the Bulldogs 46-13 win over Jacksonville last week.
Golden spoke with Deltaplex News to share his thoughts on what it means to be named Player of the Week.
He said that he is leaving things up to God when it comes to plans to play football after high school.
If White Hall defeats Pine Bluff and Searcy defeats Beebe this week the Bulldogs will be headed to the Class 5A playoffs. Golden gave his thoughts on the scenario that could get them into the playoffs.
