White Hall Police Chief Greg Shapiro was one of the many public safety officers who took advantage of a free lunch Thursday sponsored by Emergency Ambulance Service Inc., (EASI), Midtown Tire and Auto, and Foster’s Towing.
Deltaplex Radio’s Greg Horne spoke to Shapiro and asked what he attributed to the fact that crime is not a major issue in White Hall when compared to other cities.
The presence of a number of surveillance cameras in White Hall was described by Horne as a “tremendous tool” for law enforcement and Shapiro agreed.
