On May 2, 2025, the Tenth District Drug Task Force conducted a traffic stop in Monticello due to a vehicle being driven carelessly.
During the investigation, agents found a bag containing suspected cocaine, several empty bags with white residue, and additional unused bags similar to the one containing the suspected cocaine.
As a result of the investigation, Francisco Dukes was arrested and charged with Possession of Cocaine with Purpose to Deliver, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Driving While Intoxicated (DWI), Driving on a Suspended Driver’s License, and Careless Driving.
