An investigation is underway after a letter with a written threat against Fordyce Schools was located inside of an elementary school bathroom.
According to a press release from Fordyce School Superintendent Rhonda Lawson the letter had a threat to “shoot up the school” on Wednesday, November 20.
According to the release school officials immediately requested assistance from law enforcement. An investigation is underway to determine the validity of the threat.
