18 year old Dequincy Smith of Pine Bluff was charged with AGGRAVATED ROBBERY TERRORISTIC THREATENING - 1ST DEGREE / THREATENS PHYSICAL INJURY TO SCHOOL EMPLOYEE.  He was booked into Jefferson County detention center over the weekend.  His bond was set at $75,000.
