Governor: No to mandated vaccine passports
LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (AP) — Arkansas Gov. Asa Hutchinson on Tuesday said he opposes government-mandated coronavirus “vaccine passports” to access services, but he also said private businesses should have the right to require vaccinations.
