PBPD investigating shooting at 26th & Laurel

The Pine Bluff Police Department is investigating a shooting that happened around 1p.m. Monday at 26th and Laurel.
A victim was found in a ditch with wounds from gunshots at the scene. Sources at the scene indicate the victim is expected to survive.
