A Bill to Allow Delivery of Alcohol Passes a House Committee

A bill to allow retail liquor stores to deliver to homes in wet counties has cleared the Arkansas House Rules Committee.  The bill, SB 32, cleared the Senate earlier, was amended to allow microbrewery restaurants and microbreweries themselves to deliver alcohol as well.
