Perry Stuckey, the former Senior VP at Eastman Chemical Co, has been tapped to head up the search committee to name the new chancellor at UAPB. Stuckey and 18 others will be involved in the search to replace Laurence B. Alexander. Andrea Stewart is currently serving as the interim chancellor.
Stuckey is the a UAPB grad and is retired from Eastman. He was the chief Human Resources Officer, where he was responsible for global human resources. He now heads up his own company, Transformational Advisory Group.
In a release from the University, Stuckey said he is “humbled and honored to serve on this important advisory committee and is looking forward to working with the experience team of committee members”.
